The various parts of Quaive that you can customise are divided up into logical blocks that you can open and close by clicking on them. Change any of the settings and click ‘Save’ to let them take effect.

Notifications

Il existe différents types de notifications que vous pouvez recevoir lorsque quelque chose se passe sur l’intranet, y compris des badges et des bannières. Un badge est un compteur de notification qui peut apparaître sur l’une des icônes dans le coin supérieur droit de l’écran ou sur une icône d’application. Les notifications de bannière sont plus visibles et ne sont visibles que lorsque l’intranet est ouvert dans votre navigateur.

E-mail digest

E-mail digests are ideal when you don’t have to work in or visit Quaive. Perhaps notifications are less useful to you, but you would like to get an update of important changes on a regular basis. E-mail digest is designed for this purpose.

A digest e-mail contains a summary of the most important changes in certain period of time. The options for the timeframe are the following.

1. Never
2. Daily
3. Weekly

You can further specify what your digest e-mails should contain with checkboxes of the options for ‘Trigger’. By default a digest e-mail will contain notifications of the following topics.

• People that you follow.
• Workspaces that you follow. Because this option might include more changes than that could be displayed in the e-mail, a summary will be shown in the e-mail, with a link to the Notifications app to see all the changes.
• Documents that you follow.
• Interactions with other people. This includes comments that other users have placed that might be relevant to you.

Additionaly you may also opt in for notifications on changes of the following content types.

• Tasks.
• Events.

You may changes your e-mail digest settings at any time.

The contents of the digest e-mails is the same as regular notifications.

Optionally a mailing header may be added to the digest e-mails. The mailing header may be set by the system administrator in the Administrator tool app.
