Check your webbrowser
It could be that you are using a browser that is not supported or that the version of your web browser is too old. Try to upgrade your browser or switch to another web browser if the web browser you are using is not listed below.
Currently supported webbrowsers include:

- Firefox on MacOS (version 76 or later)

There are jitsi apps available:
- Jitsi app on iOS
- Jitsi app on Android
Firewall and security issues
If you enter a room and the connection closes after a short while without any video or audio connection, then it is possible that your connection is blocked by your organisation’s internal firewall or similar security measures.
Share the following technical information with your system administrator if you suspect that the above might apply for you.
To use Jitsi properly, the following connections must be opened:
TCP-port 80 and 443
UDP-port 10.000
Jitsi opens connections to the following networks:

SSL-Introspektion
We recommend to add quaivecloud.com und *.quaivecloud.com to the whitelist of your proxy- and SSL-Introspection.
