Users

The tab users gives you an overview of all intranet users and which level of access they have.

Please see the page Add users for learning how to add new users.

Groups

The groups tab gives access to all current user groups.

Settings

The settings tab gives access to general Quaive settings. An example is availble in the prototype.

E-mail digest

A graphical header can be configured for the digest e-mails that users may subscribe for through the Preferences app.

The maximum size for the mail header is 800 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall. Larger images will be automatically scaled down, always maintining the original aspect ratio.

Uploaded images must be of the JPEG or PNG format.

Apps

The apps tab gives access to individual app settings. Here you may also set which user group has access to which application.

Account

The account gives you an insight in your current plan an your payment status.

Requests

The requests tab gives you access to the list of requests of people who like to get a user account or users who like to gain access to a certain workspace.

External applications

The tab external applications allows for adding links to the apps screen of web applications that live outside your Quaive installation.
